Update

Well, it's been a while and since I am still pretty WIDE AWAKE at 11pm, I thought I would update all my loyal readers on the happenings of my life throughout the last few weeks.

I didn't get to see Isaac before he left, but we did have an somewhat decent conversation before he left in which there was a slight exchanging of emails (I gave him mine, but did not get his...I had no pen or paper!). He's now in the Phillipines (not to be confused with the Phillippians).

I went home to the BIG MG for Corn Daze. Let me tell you...THAT'S where it is as. Street Dance. Cake Walk! PARADE (Which I ALMOST got to ride in the fire truck for). Fireworks! Wheelbarrow Softball. GREASED PIG CONTEST! Seriously people, what more could you ask for?

I even got to ride the sweetest scooter ever--but I don't have a picture to post right now. Maybe later.

I was planning on being back in Denver Monday, but do to a bent wheel rim I did not get back until Tuesday. This turned out to be okay. I stopped and saw the cool cousin in Kearney on my way back to Denver.

Since being back I've spent some time at school getting ready for August! It's SO close! :( I like summer.

Tonight Erin (the new roommate) and I were sitting outside talking about a variety of things and ended up in our neighbors house (lots of boys) chatting with them. She has fingered the nerdy one as a cutie, me--I've chosen the one with the big nose, leaving for Rosie the one we call the "druggie" (He's not---he just has long hair and it was between druggie or hippie and since he's growing 'herbs' in pots........................................) Anyway, after coming back to our house we decided that our friendship with our neighbors could go one of two ways...FRIENDS/College like, or not at all. Three guys live there, it sounds like none of them are currently employed as of last week. Though two were once engineers--they quit because of the high ups. They seem like nice enough guys who you could have a lot of fun with (FRIENDS/College) but that perhaps are slightly more irresponsible (not at all) than most people their age. Erin's comment was that "They are still living their frat days!" Either way, we now know their names (the ones who live there anyways...the extras are frequent so we can't be bothered to learn the names of the weekend inhabitants.)

Happy Fourth!

bethany is a little concerned about the so called "cuties" that live next door to you.

Perhaps you should go for quality not quantity.

Like your friend, Mr. Phillippians. :)

Or, you should follow in the example of your amazing and very gifted (at being single) friend, Hannah.
