The End and The Beginning

Well, it's been a while and I'm starting to hear from the peanut gallery about how a new post is needed--so here it is.

School was officially out on Friday and it was a day to be celebrated! The last week of school was spent turning in books, watching Prince Caspian in the theater, scrubbing chairs, going to the park, having a water balloon fight and meeting the new Pastor. All in all, not a bad way to spend the last week of school. :)

Friday night we had a lock-in for the youth group, which meant that we stayed up ALL night! I made it through the whole night without falling asleep. Saturday was a different story though. I was in bed by 8:00 am, up by 11:30 am to pick up girls from Lutheran's graduation, back in bed by 2:00 pm and up at 7:00 pm and back in bed by 10:00 pm. Needless to say it was a wasted day! When I got up at 7, I thought about how I didn't do ANYTHING all day and was going to have to give up my entire Sunday working on stuff for Monday. Then I remembered....NO MORE SCHOOL TIl AUGUST! :)

In the past few weeks (maybe the past month) I have been hopelessly addicted to One Tree Hill. Today was a sad day...I finished season 4. Season 5 was on the CW this season and it finished last week. I've watched seasons 1-4 diligently and season 5 every week since it started and now feel like an addict going through withdrawal. It's really quite pathetic...this I know. So I must now find a new series to watch and find meaning again in TV. Or I guess I could go outside and be active...maybe explore the mountains.

Here's a funny picture of the sign by my house. Ten points if you can figure out what's wrong with it...hint...it's a grammar thing.

Okay, I'm going to post this because my brain is getting ADHD and soon the things I type may not make sense. Until next time!

I want an OX! Well, you are in lucky for your new tv show, because I'm going to give you season one of Veronica Mars today. Teenage drama, family bonding, AND A murder mystery. It's a great show!!
