What's Going On?

On a semi-regular basis I think to myself "Self, update your blog" and then I quickly distract myself with 800 other things and do not get my blog updated. So today is the day...UPDATES!

Above are pictures from another trip to Hanging Lake. The jury is still out about whether or not the hike was worth it the second time. :) We went up as a youth board last Saturday. When I could have slept in, I was at the parking lot of Colorado Mills at 6 AM! to meet them! The drive seemed to go faster this time. We saw the sun rising rear window and also saw an amazing rainbow after a rain. Very cool! This time while we were up there we went back to 'Spouting Rock' This was something that Hannah and I had not seen when we went up with Matt. It was very loud back there because of the running water.

School is already at the point where I should be doing mid-term grades rather than typing a blog! I can't believe how fast it is going. When I look at where we are in Language and where we are in the year I start to panic. Subjects and Predicates are so hard for 5th and 6th graders! We go up to Breck for our conference in like 10 days! Then after Conference it's time to start making plans for Thanksgiving and Christmas! Yikes!
