This is not a blog about school...I'm pretending there are still three more months of summer because the teachers saw their shadows!
So what is this blog about? Two things...Grammar and Tattoos.
1. On my MySpace page I have a background up that says SUMMER. Underneath that word it says two/thousand/and/seven. The numerical value of that number would be 2000.7, would it not? Instead of what it is meant to be, 2007? Is that even grammar? Or math? I don't know, I just noticed it and thought how inappropriate it was for me the teacher to have that as a background, since it is wrong in some aspect of academic life. But I haven't chanced my background yet.
2. I want a tattoo. I have since I was like 15. It comes and goes. At 15 I decided against it since either my mom or grama told me that Leviticus speaks against tattooing. Since then I've decided not to worry about that interpretation of Old Testaments laws. I want something that is unique to me. I also want somthing that is about my faith. I found this online tonight...
I LOVE IT!
I have a thing for daisies. I remember telling said mom or grama that if I got a tattoo it would be of a single daisy. But this, is marvelous! I would choose a different scripture. Either one from John where Christ tells the theif on the cross that today he will be with Him in Paradise. Or Ephesians or Corinthians scripture about Grace. (Eph 2:8-9, or 2 Cor. 12:9)

Ok, I'm your friend but also a mom and almost as old as your mom :-) Where will you put it and how big is it? Do you like pain?
